How long is shipping?
Standard shipping is typically 3-6 business days. Your order can take up to 2-10 business days depending on order processing and delivery location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship Internationally?
We only offer shipping within the U.S. We hope to one day to be to able to ship internationally. Subscribe to emails to be notified when we do!
What is a backorder?
A backorder is an order made to purchase an item we currently do not have in stock. However, since all our products can be made to print, we sometimes offer backorders, delivery times vary and are shown on the product page and in checkout.
What is your Return Policy?
We appreciate your business and trust in our products. All sales are final and non-refundable. As a small business we strive to maintain competitive pricing and ensure quality in our offerings. We will exchange for any items that are damaged or non-functioning under a limited 6-month warranty. Our products are designed to be easily repaired and can replace specific defective parts. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please send an email to info@pvd3d.com and include a photo or video of the damaged item and a photo of the shipping label. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. If you feel you are experiencing an extenuating circumstance that warrants a refund, please email info@pvd3d.com to begin a conversation.

How does the dosing work?
Ah, the magic of dosing! With the Flower Growler, it's all about your personal touch. Our device is designed to dispense approximately 0.15-0.2g of ground flower cannabis per click of the mechanism. But here's the cool part – you're in control! Your speed and pressure when clicking the button make it uniquely yours, offering a personalized cannabis experience based on your preferred grind and the texture / cure level of your flower. So whether you're loading up a small hit or packing a big bowl, the Flower Growler adapts to your style. Just click away and enjoy!
How much herb can the flower growler hold?
We've designed the Flower Growler to hold up to 1/8th of an oz of ground flower cannabis. That's the standard amount typically sold, so you're always ready to roll!
What is the funnel for?
Funnel is helpful add-on to help fill your growler. It is designed to store within a mason jar or can be used as a stand for the Flower Growler.
Do you offer customizations?

How water resistant is your product?
The Flower Growler has got you covered against accidental splashes and minor water exposure. Feel free to drop it in a puddle without worry, but remember, it's not built for swimming. Keep it out of deep waters and you're good to go!
Is your product smell proof?
We've got your back on that! The Flower Growler is intended to significantly reduce the smell of cannabis, making it discreet and convenient. However, due to the 3D-printed nature of the product, it's not completely smell-proof. So while it'll help keep things low-key, it's always a good idea to store it in a cool, dry place for maximum odor control.
Does the Flower Growler include a grinder
No, a grinder is not include. The Flower Growler™ is designed to store pre-ground cannabis flower from your grinder or favorite dispensary.
Troubleshooting and Care
How do I clean my flower growler?
Cleaning the Flower Growler is simple. We recommend cleaning only the internal storage area by flushing it out with isopropyl alcohol (or warm soapy water). Ensure it's fully dry before refilling with cannabis. To clean, unscrew the bottom adapter (just like filling), tap out any cannabis residue, fill with warm soapy water, replace the adapter, and shake the Flower Growler. After shaking, remove the adapter and dump out the dirty water. Repeat as necessary.
What if the Flower Growler gets clogged or doesn't dispense when clicking?
Sometimes things don't go as planned! If your Flower Growler gets clogged or doesn't want to play nice when you click, here's what you can do: First, check if the adapter's opening is jammed with flower– it happens, especially if you've been generous with your packing. Try placing the Flower Growler over an open mason jar and giving it a gentle tap on the side to knock the debris out of the way. If that doesn't do the trick, give the button a twist or two. Still stuck? No worries – turn your Flower Growler upside down and unscrew the adapter (just like when you're filling it up). That should allow the blockage to clear and the plunger to reset.
